With many years experience in beauty and holistic therapies, and teaching within the further and higher education sector, my passion is hands-on treatments and really making a difference. This passion grew and developed when I found KORE and trained at KORE Academy, founded by Dr John Brazier. By drawing on my experience and both the Eastern and Western techniques I’ve learned, I am able to help you discover the root cause of your problem and then use specific, targeted treatments to relieve and ultimately eliminate your symptoms and remove the underlying cause. I want you to be able to move freely, enjoy a full and healthy life without pain, emotional distress, or medications.

I have a range of therapies in my "toolkit", literally at my fingertips, so that we can work together to achieve relief from your pain, stress, discomfort, inflexibility and a wider range of symptoms.

Our initial meeting will involve a detailed consultation, some non-invasive tests to discover the root cause of your symptoms, and treatment. We can then discuss a plan for further treatments should they be required.
